• Arrival at the airport/railway station, group photo
• Transfer to the school
• Meeting the hosts at the school
• Guiding the teachers to the hotel
  • optional: afternoon walking tour along Váci Street and Duna corso
    meeting point: in front of the school, 16.00 o’clock
• Dinner for the teachers

23.04. Tuesday (1st day)

• Arrival at the school
• Registration
• Opening ceremony
• Coffee break
• Invited lecturer
• Communication Games (acting session)
• Lunch at the school canteen
• Sightseeing in Budapest 1 – Buda Castle, free time
• Bring your music, song and folk dance! – dance workshop
• Students go home
• Dinner for the teachers

24.04. Wednesday (2nd day)

• Arrival at the school
• Presentations 2
• Coffee break
• Presentations 3
• Sightseeing in Budapest 2 – Jewish quarter
• Lunch at the school canteen
• Sightseeing in Budapest 3 – The Parliament Building
• Boat trip on the Danube
• Students go home from the boat station
• Dinner for the teachers

25.04. Thursday (3rd day)

• Arrival at the school
• Presentations 4
• Invited lecturer
• Short Walking tour to the Buda Hills – sandwich lunch
• Visiting the Embassy of India Budapest for Indians and Hungarians
• Free time & shopping for others, meeting with hosts
• Students go home
• Free time for the teachers

26.04. Friday: Closing day

• Arrival at the school
• Presentations 4
• Coffee break
• Cultural presentations 1-8
• Lunch at the school canteen
• City Fun – Urban discovery walk for students
  • optional: Unikum House visit with a „pálinka” tasting only for teachers
• Closing ceremony
• Farewell party
• Sandwich dinner for teachers, saying goodbye
• Students go home with hosts

27.04. Saturday: Departure

• Delagations’ transfer to the airport/railway station
